Terms & Conditions
All prices quoted are including VAT @ 15%.
Delivery & Packaging within most of the UK is a variable charge depending
on the items ordered, ranging from £3.80 to a maximum of £8.50 including
VAT. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Buyers form Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, The
Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and other offshore
islands please note that with orders weighing over 1.5 kilo we reserve
the right to make an additional charge for delivery to cover the
additional charges of our courier.
Full details of delivery charges are as follows:
Total purchases made up to £7.50 will be charged a £3.80 delivery
charge
Total purchases made between £7.51 and £11.00 will be charged
a £4.80 delivery charge
Total purchases made between £11.01 and £75.00 will be charged a
£6.50 delivery charge
Total purchases made over £75.00 will be charged £8.50 for delivery
Delivery is available for other destinations outside of the United
Kingdom at a cost which is to be negotiated before dispatch.

We do try and despatch orders within 48 hours but please be aware that this is not always
possible particularly during busy periods or when we are displaying at
antiques fairs.

Delivery can be either independent carrier or 1st or 2nd class
recorded delivery depending on items ordered and at our discretion. Urgent deliveries
can sometimes be arranged but at extra cost. Please email for further
information. Claims for breakages or non delivery must be received in
writing, within 14 days of dispatch.
Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to be available to
accept the goods when delivered. If goods do not arrive promptly the
buyer should contact the local Royal Mail Sorting Office or other
carrier to
confirm whether they are being held there. Items are only held for
7 days, so it is important to contact them promptly.
If goods are returned to us by the Royal Mail as "Unable to
deliver not called for", we can only re-post the package on payment
of a further postal charge. This additional charge will be the actual
postage charge as paid by us to the Post Office or other carrier, plus VAT.
Goods returned to us for any other reason where they have been
correctly supplied as ordered by the customer, will be refunded if
received by us in good unused condition within 14 days of receipt by the
customer. The refund will be the actual value of
the items ordered and we will not refund the cost of delivery (plus vat)
under any circumstances in this situation. Please note that in some
circumstances the cost of the delivery will be greater than that charged
to the customer. Please email us if in doubt. Orders delivered free and subsequently returned for
refund will be refunded minus our delivery expenses which will be a
minimum of £10.00
